About the project:

CG material for the promo video for the new third kit for season 2025/2026. Working closely with PSV to create supplemental CG material consisting of shots that can't be filmed in camera. As this kit is quite unique due to the use of the heritage elements, the addition of these cg shots resulted in a more unique video compared to the earlier product launches.

Shirt elements such as the logo's, badges and prints were animated as these are impossible to do in camera.

Additional previz work, research and other concepts that didn't make the
final cut.
Earlier concepts included the projecting of archive footage on
the fins of the stadium as a link to the pattern used on the kit.
Logo Treatment
Since the heritage logo plays a big part in this kit, it was important to
modernize the logo, as the kit also features the juxtaposition of
heritage & modernity.
After exploring the options I settled on the final design which
incorporates a modern material finish consisting of a slightly matte and
light brass colour since full gold would make it feel a bit tacky and
cheap.
Different alterations were done to
fit specific parts of the movie, such as the switch between outlines and
filled shapes.
